Customer Reviews
Good value for starter kit
I was looking for an affordable way to potty train my new puppy in my apartment. I found Citydoggo and decided to try their Puppy House Training Kit. The first order discount made it a really good deal, especially with free delivery. It felt like a solid investment compared to buying everything separately. The quality was better than I expected for the price.
Absolutely love Citydoggo!
Oh my goodness, Citydoggo is a lifesaver! I got the Real Grass Dog Toilet for my new shih tzu puppy, and it has made apartment training so much easier. The grass arrived so fresh, and my puppy took to it immediately. I was worried about smells, but the Odour Neutralising Spray really helps. I am telling all my friends with new puppies about this. I will definitely be a repeat customer!
Smooth experience, helpful items
I ordered the Standard Dog Grass Toilet along with some Biodegradable Poo Bags and the Odour Neutralising Spray. The ordering process on the website was straightforward, and I received an email confirmation right away. Delivery took about 5 days to reach Denver, which was within the timeframe they stated. The toilet itself felt sturdy, and the grass patch fit perfectly. I had a question about disposing of the grass, and customer service responded to my email within a few hours with clear instructions. The spray works well to keep things fresh. Overall, a good experience, and the products perform as described.
Works great, fast delivery
Got the Fresh Grass Patch Replacement. Arrived quickly, 3 days to my door. My dog uses it, no problems. It's real grass. Easy to dispose of. Happy with the purchase.
Reliable grass patches
I've been using Citydoggo for my pug for about six months now. This recent Fresh Grass Patch Replacement order was just as consistent as my previous ones. The delivery took 4 days to reach my place in San Diego, which is typical. The grass always arrives fresh, and my dog uses it without issue. That reliability is why I keep coming back; it just works, every time.

Anyone know if there's usually a first-time buyer discount for City Doggo? About to pull the trigger on a starter kit and hoping to save a few bucks.
Hey guys, thinking about getting one of these for my new puppy in a small apartment. How long does the grass typically last before it needs swapping out? Don't want it stinking up the place too fast.
